Exclusions to Free Shipping
Free shipping does not apply to remote locations in Europe. Fees for these areas will be calculated at checkout. Orders outside Europe are not eligible for free shipping.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are usually dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
“In Stock” items ship immediately.
“Made to Order” items take 15–20 business days before shipping.
Orders may arrive in multiple parcels, but you will only be charged the shipping fee shown at checkout.

Within Europe:
Standard: 3–10 business days
Express: 1–3 business days
International (Outside Europe):
Tracked: 7–20 business days

Multiple Addresses
Each order ships to a single address. To send items to different locations, place separate orders.
Changing Your Address
Contact us immediately if you need to update your address. Changes cannot be made after dispatch.
P.O. Box Deliveries
Available only via Standard Shipping. Express or expedited methods are not available for P.O. Boxes or remote addresses.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Fees and delivery times vary by destination.
